Summer 2026 Rummage Sale
EVP will be hosting the 2026 Summer Rummage Sale at the Clubhouse - June 5-7, 2026. Check the reader board for more details.
Volunteers are needed for set up, sales and clean-up. Please contact Verla at 480-516-4071 to volunteer.
Reminder: Parking at EVP Clubhouse
Parking at the Clubhouse by unpaid EVP residents is not authorized. Paid EVP Members may park at the Clubhouse with notification to a Board Member for 24 hours of less. Signage for parking guidance is forthcoming.
Semi-Annual EVP Board Meeting
Join the Board on May 23, 2026 at 1:30pm at the EVP Clubhouse. This is the Annual Meeting for the Board and the Community. Please pay your dues to ensure you can vote. Thank you!
Join us for a potluck and corn hole tournament 5:30 at the clubhouse. Hamburgers and condiments will be provided, please bring a side dish to share.
